Drew started in the construction industry in 1989 as a commercial framer. Since then he has completed projects on historical buildings in Old Town San Diego, medical clinics, and commercial tenant improvements. Drew has completed hundreds of home renovation projects of all sizes and types and has built entire homes from the ground up.
Drew has been a Licensed General Contractor with the California Contractors State Licensing Board since 1998. He has never had a claim or complaint against his business.
Drew’s brother is also a licensed General Contractor and they often team up on projects. Their work was featured in Better Homes and Gardens and the reality show Fix This Kitchen.
A native of San Diego, Drew is a family man who loves golfing, fishing, and e-biking with his wife.
90% of Drew’s business has been entirely from referrals and repeat customers that he’s had for over 20 years!

More than a GC or project manager
I am the person who will be onsite for your project. I am hands-on for each project. I use sub-contractors that I have long standing relationships with when it is best for the project due to time, budget or skillset. Each project is unique and treated as such.

Lots of assumptions are made about Contractors. I like to prove those stereotypes wrong. Check my references, they speak for themselves. I am a non-drinker and non-smoker. I do not tolerate smoking, drinking, or drugs on my job sites.
